Promising opportunities for IPO and SPO by joint stock companies of Uzbekistan on the International Stock Market

This article analyzes the international stock market and identifies trends in the development of the securities market. The analysis showed that currently one of the promising markets is the market in the Asia-Pacific region (APAC). One of the most effective types of exchange in this market is the Singapore Exchange, which uses a special Catalist platform that does not impose high requirements for registration and listing of companies, as do some types of exchange. An exception to this is considered appropriate for events related to IPOs and SPOs on the Singapore Exchange.
