Prospects of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation in the fight against counterfeit products

In the scientific article, the author examines the main theoretical aspects of the fight of the customs service of the Russian Federation against the import of counterfeit goods, as well as the basic methods of recognizing counterfeit products. The main progressive ways of combating the import of counterfeit goods into the territory of Russia are presented, as well as the main measures to improve and develop the law enforcement sphere of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation in the fight against smuggling and counterfeiting.
