Prospects of formation of organizational culture in customs bodies of Russia

The article deals with the formation of organizational culture in the customs authorities at the present stage. Domestic and foreign experience confirms the effectiveness of management in government personnel on the basis of organizational culture. Education of employees on the values, traditions, ethics, moral qualities contribute to a better formation of the personnel of the state body. The article is considered in detail by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation "on the Federal program "Development of the public service of the Russian Federation (2016 - 2018 years)", which defines the main directions of formation of organizational culture of the public civil service.
