Prospects and criteria for implementation of integrated lng-to-power projects in the world market

Using LNG for electricity generation is one of the important factors in the growth of world demand for LNG. LNG has all the advantages of traditional natural gas as an environmentally friendly type of fuel, as well as wide transportation capabilities. Due to the technology development large energy companies around the world have growing interest in the implementation of integrated LNG-to-power projects. In this article the authors analyzed the trends in the implementation of integrated LNG-to-power projects in countries across the world and formulated the main criteria for the implementation of such projects for Russian companies.
