Perspectives and problems of creating international financial center in Russian Federation

The article contributes to the analysis of perspectives and challenges on the way to Moscow becoming an international financial center. The Rating of global financial centers is described showing dynamics of Moscow’s rating for the 10 years. General problems connected to the development of Moscow as international financial center are listed and looked at.
