Prospects and role of digitalization in the mechanism of regulation of the state legal sphere at the present stage of development

The impact of digitalization on the development and establishment of the rule of law has a major impact on the transformation of the regulatory framework. Changes in society entail changes of a legal nature, as they require a new format of legal interaction. The emergence of digital products leads to the creation of a new legislative field and regulation. Object of research: digitalization in the mechanism of regulation of the legal sphere. Subject of the research: digitalization of information technologies in public administration. Methodology: Using the method of systematic analysis of scientific sources and regulatory documents regulating the sphere of information technology implementation, the trends of digital transformation of the political system, which are relevant today, were investigated. Result: a digital model of regulation of the public legal sphere has been defined, which allows third-party actors to be involved in the regulatory sphere of digitalization, based on the use of managerial decisions and delegation of powers to private entities in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
