Prospects and implementation of controlling as a tool of enterprise management

The article deals with the areas of concern of realizing the controlling implementation at the enterprise. There are defined the basic approaches and principles of organization and the controlling implementation. The author describes the basic issues the enterprises face in the process of organizing and implementing of controlling. There are considered the issues appearing during the implementation of the controlling service at the enterprise, and the ways of their solving.
