Prospects for the integration of additional adult education in Belarus and Russia as a factor of construction union state

The development of a methodology for innovations in additional education of management personnel in the context of deepening the integration of the Union State was undertaken using materials from the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation. The prospects and methods of joint projects using the educational potential of the presidential academies of the countries of the Union State are revealed. The leading principles of a unified methodology for advanced training, retraining, and internship of public management personnel are revealed. The tools for creating innovative balanced didactics of public administration disciplines in digital online format are substantiated.
