Prospects for using outsourcing in oil and gas industry of Uzbekistan

In the current conditions, the growing need of national oil and gas producers to increase the level of operational efficiency cannot be overlooked. To solve this problem, the most effective method of all available is the delegation of series of processes to foreign commercial enterprises - outsourcing. This article considers the possibility of applying the widely used worldwide business practices of outsourcing of oil and gas producers in Uzbekistan as a method of innovative solutions, often used in organizing the activities of commercial organizations that strive to increase financial and economic efficiency, reduce production costs and increase labor productivity.
