Under the influence of repetitive loads, the values of which exceed the calculated ones, there is an accumulation of residual deformations in the pavement, which further leads to its destruction. In connection with the growing turnover of goods on the roads of the country, there is a problem of control over the transportation of bulky and heavy cargo by road. It is not possible to arrange point points of static weight control on all necessary roads. The solution to the problem of overloading vehicles should be the introduction of one of the main subsystems of intelligent vehicles (ITS) on highways of international and national importance - weight and dimensional control of vehicles. There was a need to automate the process of weighing cars on the road. On the basis of the WIM system (Weigh In Motion - weighing in motion), an automatic weight and dimensional control system (ASVGK) has been developed, which is based on the technology of dynamic weighing of vehicles, as well as laser detectors for determining dimensions. This system allows, in addition to measuring the weight and dimensional parameters of vehicles, to remotely monitor the movement of bulky and heavy cargo, to record various violations and check the presence of a special permit for the transportation of these goods. Consequently, the safety of road traffic on public roads of the Republic of Uzbekistan is increased. Such a system has great prospects for further development and integration into the country's transport system. The article presents the composition of the ASVGK system with a description of all its components according to the experience of foreign countries.
