Prospects for the use of chatbots in the HR sector

This article explores modern methods of artificial intelligence and the prospects for using chatbots in the HR sector. The article is aimed at studying the prospects for using chatbots in the HR sector. As part of the study of the article, the authors consider the main directions for chatbots in the processes of recruiting and training as part of the selection of personnel. The results of the study of the article show that today an indispensable tool in the recruiting strategies is a chatbot - a computer program developed based on neural networks and machine learning technologies that conducts a conversation using auditory or text methods, and also performs certain actions automatically or according to a certain algorithm through the same interfaces as a normal user. Chatbots have several advantages, they are cross-platform and ease for users, give simple and convenient access to information, are able to automate routine actions, experiment with the presentation of material, etc.
