Prospects for digital human resources innovation in the Russian economy

The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of development of digital personnel innovations in Russia, both in the activities of state authorities and in the field of small and medium-sized businesses. The author's definition of «digital personnel innovation» is given. An analysis of the implementation of the National Project «Digital Economy» was carried out, it was concluded that it is necessary to develop promising areas for introducing innovations in personnel management processes. A review of digital technologies that can be used in the management of the organization's personnel was conducted. The advantages of the organization from the introduction and use of digital human resources innovations are emphasized. Directions for introducing and using innovations in HR processes of government agencies and small and medium-sized businesses are outlined.
