Prospects for the information technologies in providing accessibility of legal justice in proceedings of protection of rights and lawful interests of the property owners in a block of flats

A great number of the participants being involved into the financial relations in managing a block of flats determine some procedural features in solving the disputes by courts, including the disputes concerning the stakeholders and their notification. In this case accessibility of legal justice could be maintained by information technologies. Therefore, the proposals concerning the changes in the civil, housing, and procedural legislation aimed to apply the state public information system of the housing and utility infrastructure are being prepared.
