Prospects of use the high performance liquid chromatography for standardization of raw materials and preparations of Helichrysum arenarium

By the method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) it was studied componental structure of Helichrysum arenarium (L.) Moench. flowers цветков and a medical product of “Flamin” in tablets and was defined that in both cases dominating flavonoid is isosalipurposide. The method of quantitative definition of isosalipurposide maintenance in medical product of “Flamin” in tablets with the use of HPLC is developed at wave length of 360 nanometers (stationary phase «Diasorb С-16», eluent system – an acetonitrile: water in ratio 25:75 with addition of 1% ice acetic acid). The expediency of use in methods of SSS isosalipurposide analysis is proved. Isosalipurposide maintenance in preparation “Flamin” in tablets varies from 10,35 mg to 11,05 mg in one tablet. Results of statistical processing of the spent experiences testify that an error of isosalipurposide individual definition in medical product “Flamin” in tablets with confidential probability of 95% makes ±4,03%.
