Ways of studying shock compressed film MDM frames in the stationary giow condition of the conducting channel

Experiment results are given describing the influence of particles on film MDM (metal-dielectric-metal)frames by means of electrostatic accelerator. The stationary glow effect of the shock-compressed conducting channel is investigated. The temperature of shock-compressed channel is calculated, ion spectres of material masses and through conduction of MDM-frames are obtained. Possibilities of profiting by the results for different fields of technology are described.
