Petroleum potential of Malozemelsky-Kolguev oil-gas-bearing region and its shelf extension

The comparative characteristic of exploration, structural plan and parameters of local structures of Malozemelsky-Kolguev oil-gas-bearing region and its shelf extension has been given. The effect of the newest tectonic processes on possible hydrocarbon migration and distribution of oil and gas deposits in Kolguev Island was reviewed.
