Prospects for applying artificial intelligence in optimizing companies' business processes

This article is devoted to the study of the prospects for using artificial intelligence (AI) in optimizing companies' business processes. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of AI, its types and features, analyzes existing approaches to using AI to automate and improve business processes, including chatbots, data mining and robotic process automation. A conceptual model for implementing AI in organizations is proposed, key success factors and potential risks are identified. Conclusions are made about the effectiveness of using AI and promising areas for its development in the field of business process optimization are outlined.
