In order to determine the possibility and effectiveness of endoscopic endonasal approach for craniopharyngioma in children carried out a study involving 20 patients aged 1 month to 18 years (mean age 10 ± 3,6 years). Additional orientation provides the navigation system Vector Vision Compact system (Brain Lab, USA). The analysis of the immediate outcome of surgical interventions regression hormonal disbalance was noted in 16 (80%) patients and improvement of visual function achieved in 10(66,7%) from 15 children with initial disorder. Additional use of navigation equipment enabling more precise control of operating equipment in the narrow anatomical spaces and be more affected by the pathology, which eventually manifested itself in a more conservative form of surgery.
