Prospects for introducing citizens and cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to physical culture and sports by means of innovative technologies

This article explores the prospects of introducing citizens and cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to physical culture and sports through the use of innovative technologies. In this paper, the current state of this problem was investigated and the possibilities of using new technologies such as virtual and augmented reality, mobile applications and smart devices to increase people's participation in physical activities were proposed. In addition, the advantages of maintaining sports blogs for getting involved in sports were indicated. Various teaching methods are considered using innovative technologies to introduce young people to sports, and the potential benefits of such an approach are discussed, including improving the health and well - being of citizens, as well as creating educational opportunities and exciting experiences for all age groups.
