Prospects for food security in the Euro-Asian economic space

Бесплатный доступ

The modern development of international markets in the agro-industrial sector demonstrates the growing role of intersectoral relations in ensuring food security, both on a global scale within the framework of the BRICS+ and SCO integration associations, and at the level of individual countries. Achieving food security is increasingly dependent on other sectors of the world economy: the production of fertilizers, feed, energy, engineering, IT technologies, etc. Successful interregional cooperation becomes the key to success in achieving food security. The Caspian macroregion is becoming a promising region for interaction between Russia, the countries of Central Asia and the Indian Ocean in the formation of sustainable markets for products of the agro-industrial sector.
