Prospects of profile teaching of English language in the context of the natural-scientific sphere of communication of schoolchildren of the seventh pre-professional classes

This article deals with the problem of teaching English in natural science profile classes. The author of the article, first of all, dwells on the necessity of introducing profile education in secondary general education institutions, which will be able to prepare students for future professional activity. However, taking into account the fact that profile classes in various scientific areas are organized, as a rule, in high school age, there is a need to prepare children for profile education, starting from the secondary level. The article focuses on teaching seventh-grade students English in the context of science communication. Having turned to the textbooks, the author of the article concludes that the natural-scientific topics of the English language course program are represented by the ecological topics in the context of the teaching English in the natural-scientific forms.
