Development's outlook of administrative-tort law in Russia (to the anniversary of professor Viktor Vasilievich Denisenko)

Goal. Collection, systematization and semantic processing of the theory of administrative-tort law. Methods. The article uses the following methods of scientific knowledge-analysis, synthesis. In addition, a systematic method is used in the field of studying the essence of the phenomenon under study. Results. Based on the review of theoretical provisions, the author notes that the study of the concepts of “administrative delectology”, “administrative-tort relations” in the works of V. V. Denisenko is systematic. They clearly present scientific definitions, as well as demonstrate a unified methodological approach to the interpretation of concepts. Viktor Vasilyevich Denisenko's research in the field of administrative-tort law is significant, since it includes meaning- forming principles, value orientations and normalizing requirements.
