Development prospects of administrative justice in Russia

In the current legislation on administrative justice revealed a number of contradictions, wearing a theoretical and applied nature, between the legal regulation of administrative procedure in the framework of civil procedure (civil code) and administrative procedure law (administrative code). These contradictions concern in particular the nature of the proceedings (petition and non-judicial), specific judicial decisions related to the determination of the validity or invalidity adopted by the public authority act.
