Prospects of development of the arbitration branch of the judiciary after the abolition of the supreme arbitration court of the Russian Federation

The article deals with the urgent and important problems that have arisen in connection with the abolition of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation. The author discusses the reasons and the possible consequences of such changes in the judicial system of the Russian Federation. The suggestion is made on some actions and bills of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
