Prospects for the development of «lean» production in Russia

The article discusses the basic principles of the application of "lean" production in Russia. The average efficiency indicators of the introduction of "lean" production at Russian enterprises are presented, the advantages and disadvantages of the idea of introducing the concept of "lean" production are studied, as well as concrete examples of the implementation of this concept at domestic production are given, the level of their effectiveness is proved. In conclusion, conclusions are drawn, practical recommendations are given and the results of the study are summarized.
