The article describes the prospects of development of flower business in conditions of market competition. The analysis of the mechanisms for maintaining the flower business from the state. The article also identified the reasons for such inactive use of this type of business by individual entrepreneurs, with such a quick organization of this business. The main result of the study is the summing up of the possibility and expediency of exclusion of imported flowers from flower market of our country.
