Prospects for the development of public-private partnerships in Russia

The current economic and political situation creates an additional burden on the budget of the country and territories, so government incentives for private entrepreneurial initiatives in socially significant areas seem to be especially relevant. An effective mechanism in this situation is public-private partnership. The article considers the advantages of public-private partnership in terms of increasing the efficiency of the use of public sector resources. The problems and limitations of the development of public-private partnerships in Russia are also highlighted. In conclusion, ways of solving these problems and overcoming limitations are outlined.
