The article defines the prospects for the development of inclusive sports in educational institutions and organizations. In the given context, the key reasons that hinder the development of inclusive sports are highlighted. The study also provides an example of a program aimed at improving the development of inclusive sports in educational institutions and organizations using the example of hard - of - hearing citizens. Special attention should be paid to the training and support of specialists to work with hard - of - hearing citizens. During the training process, "flexibility" and resourcefulness are required from the coach - teacher for high - quality training of hearing - impaired athletes, since not all the necessary information can be brought to the student in full. It is also necessary to increase sports competitions for people with hearing impairment at the regional, national and international levels.
