Prospects for the development of artificial intelligence in jurisprudence

The article analyzes the problems and prospects of introducing artificial intelligence (AI) into the legal sphere. It examines key aspects related to the automation of legal processes, including issues of processing legal data, analyzing judicial precedents, and optimizing the work of lawyers and judges. Particular attention is paid to regulatory barriers associated with the uncertainty of the legal status of AI, the risks of data privacy violations, and the need to develop new legislative mechanisms. The author concludes that it is necessary to create a comprehensive legal framework governing the use of AI in jurisprudence, which will minimize risks and maximize the use of its potential in law enforcement practice.
