The relevance of the chosen topic is determined by the need to improve the effectiveness of judicial protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and legal entities. Russian legal science needs to understand the organization of the activities of the constitutional (statutory) courts of the Russian Federation, the most promising areas for improving constitutional (statutory) justice in the subjects of the Russian Federation.
