Prospects for the development of conciliation procedures in Russia

In this paper, the author analyzes the current state of the sphere of alternative dispute resolution in the Russian Federation and gives a forecast regarding the prospects for the development of this sphere. The author conducts research on the legislative regulation of extrajudicial conciliation procedures and focuses on key acts. The author also gives his vision of the problems that slow down the pace of the introduction of alternative dispute resolution methods and gives recommendations on how to overcome them.
