On prospects of developing the program regulation of integration within the EAEU in science and technology in conditions of a new economic trends

The present article examines range of problems relating to shaping the program method of regulating the integration EAEU’ member states in area of science and technology. The author investigates legal foundations of sectoral programmes in various branches of economic activity including science and technology cooperation. This article argues the conclusion about need to elaborate the special regional programmes in science and technology that are capable of creating effectively the single space of science, technology and innovation as a driver of elevating the general competitiveness of the EAEU.
