Development prospects for the Russian artificial meat market

In this work, trends in the market for plant-based meat and its current state in the Russian Federation were studied, as well as prospects for the development of this type of product. The purpose of the work was to assess the current state of the plant-based meat market in the Russian Federation and determine the main directions for the development of this industry over time. At the moment, artificial meat occupies a negligible share of the food market in Russia, but over the past few years it has tended to grow rapidly and opens up many market opportunities for new manufacturers and developers of this product.
