Prospects for the development of digital platform services. Opportunities and risks of their functioning

The article considers the trends in the development of services within the framework of digital ecosystem platforms. The boundaries of the conceptual apparatus are defined, the distinctive features between ecosystem and digital platform are studied. Possible perspectives for services when joining the platform are identified, entry barriers, risks and threats to service functioning in the ecosystem are defined. The current market is analyzed and conclusions about further prospects for market development and regulation are formulated.
