Prospects for the development of network planning in mechanical engineering

The scientific work presents the results of a study of the characteristics of network planning as a management tool at mechanical engineering enterprises. The role and objectives of the management method under study are identified to ensure maximum economic efficiency of business activity. The prospects for the development of network planning at mechanical engineering enterprises in the Russian Federation are analyzed. In conclusion, the author found that the network planning mechanism is due to the presence of a number of advantages that significantly increase the management efficiency of a modern enterprise.
