Prospects for the development of labor migration in the Tyumen region

The article gives recommendations on the development of interregional labor migration in the Tyumen region. The essence, main features and characteristics of the internal migration process are revealed and its importance is substantiated for socio-economic, political, cultural and ethnographic processes of the region's development.
