The perspective development in the agriculture of condition export policy agro-industrial complex

The article deals with the issues of development of export policies in agricultural production in the Russian Federation and Altai region. In recent years there has been trend of the export structure of agricultural products to reduce with slight change in export destinations for individual commodities and agro-industrial products product categories. Assessment of changes in the structure of agricultural exports is largely due to the influence of external factors, especially the sanctions measures to increase agricultural production and its intensive export. In most Product categories of exports in natural calculation does not result in an increase in the level of revenue that is due to changes in world prices for raw materials products of the agro-industrial complex for many product categories, as well as with problems of access to foreign markets. Implementation of the Programs for the development of export capacity of Russian producers of agricultural products provides awareness by educating companies about the opportunities for growth, information and consulting support to potential exporters, the development of relevant competencies in the field of export activities. To increase the number of available foreign markets will be offered to implement measures aimed at ensuring access to priority export markets to domestic producers through veterinary and phytosanitary oversight, as well as the removal of tariff and customs barriers to access. The increase in the number of available raw material export markets of agricultural products will help to increase Russian exports of agro-industrial products and the efficiency of the development of the industry as whole.
