The article is devoted to the development of legislation in the re-regulation of the business process of legal entities. The process of creating a mechanism to ensure the realization of economic freedoms of Russian economic entities, taking into account international experience, the norms of international law, economic achievements, taking into account the culture and identity of Russia, is shown.
