The pace and qualitative components of the transition of developed economies to the stage of implementing technologies of the sixth mode significantly outpace the corresponding Russian indicators. The prospects for implementing the sixth technological mode in Russia in the context of sanctions and instability remain difficult not only due to external but also internal reasons and circumstances, which at the moment and in the medium term determine the incompleteness of readiness and incentives for implementing the sixth mode.
