Prospects of restoration of natural population of Astragalus gorodkovii (Fabaceae) - endemic species of the Ural

The approaches to the restoration of the populations of the strict endemic Astragalus gorodkovii Jurtz are considered. The possibility of obtaining in the culture of adult virgin plants suitable for transplantation into the natural population is shown by the method of direct sowing and viable explants culture in vitro. As explants, we recommended to use parts of seedlings (cotyledonus, hypocotyl)
