The development of control activities is the key to a strong economy of the country, whose security is not threatened by anything, and emerging threats are immediately neutralized without having time to have their negative impact. The basis for the development of economic control in Russia can be the development of a system of legislative and regulatory legal acts. The article substantiates the relevance of the development of a single legislative act in the field of economic control, fixing its basic, fundamental foundations, its structure is proposed, recommendations are given on the implementation of control standards.
