Prospects of public administration transforming for economic development in modern Russia

The modern world has entered a series of changes, which is manifested in the growth of instability and the increasing frequency of crisis manifestations. This trend also affects Russia. The author associates these changes with the transition to the next evolutionary stage of development – "post-normality". This transition requires adequate changes in public administration. The article considers the main directions of these changes and reveals the prospects for their implementation.
