The prospects for improving the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure

The article analyzes the possible prospects of solving the issues of learning and improve the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure. The first major study of quality of life in clinical medicine were done in cardiovascular diseases. Quality of life is considered as an independent and objective multifactor indicator reflecting the status of this category of patients. Data mA-tion of scientific and practical studies show that since the beginning of the XXI century chronic heart failure remains a major medical and social problem in developed countries due to high incidence, disability and mortality in this pathology. The dominant method of assessment of quality of life are questionnaires (questionnaires), both General and specific. The study of QOL of the patient before treatment, and in the process allows to obtain exceptionally valuable multi-dimensional information about individual re-actions of the person to the disease and the therapy.
