Prospects of revival institute of investigatory judges in the Russian Federation

In this article the system problems of the criminal process are considered. The possibility of reviving the institution of judicial investigators creates the prospect of an effective reform of the judicial system of the Russian Federation. Possible powers of investigative judges are given. Also, the place in the judicial system of judicial investigators is determined.
