This article examines the specifics of the organization of the activities of Russian food companies within the framework of strategies for expanding activities in foreign markets. A detailed analysis of the key indicators and resources of domestic agricultural holdings gives an idea of their readiness to integrate into the markets of friendly countries under the current sanctions. The work can also help in identifying recommendations for choosing the optimal form of internationalization of Russian food companies with the potential for their development in TNCs.
