Fundamental principles of law and the search for new cognitive paradigms

Contemporary reality assures us that reconsideration of many ideas about the law of nature and essence of social-spiritual and political-legal existence becomes inevitable. New scientific thinking develops on the basis of fundamental new cognitive paradigms. The previously developed cognitive and ideological doctrines, which quite coped well the comprehension of the recent past, in the present, they can no longer present the functioning and development of contemporary Russian society at the appropriate level. In this regard, at present it seems especially important for the Russian legal system to find a new ideological basis, which will be embodied in the relevant legal doctrine, and which, thereby, will allow to realize institutions and mechanisms in the practical flatness, in accordance with generally important values and political-legal ideas, as well as this one will contribute to the creation of conditions for the formation of a legal state in Russia, effective law-making and law-enforcement activities.
