First experience of using intracardiac electrophysiologic study and radifrequency ablation in patients having arrhythmias of several types

Using intracardiac electrophysiologic study became possible after occurring new registration methods of endocardial cardiac potentials. Exact establishing of mechanisms and foci of most arrhythmias and using radiofrequency energy allowed to treat most patients having arrhythmias. The centre of surgical treatment of arrhythmias in the Uzbekistan Republic is great achievement in the treatment of the pathology in the whole Mid-Asian region. Elimination of reciprocal supraventricular and focal ventricular arrhythmias allows to treat patients with high efficacy.
