Food and household utensils of the Petrovsky district of the Saratov region

On the basis of field ethnographic research the traditional food and household utensils of the Mordva of the Petrovsky District of the Saratov Region in the XIX - XX centuries are described. The interconnection between the traditional food of the Mordva and the environment as well as seasonal character of agriculture is traced.
