Nutritional status of the population (on the example of surveyed inhabitants of Samara oblast)

The interrelation of food and quality of human life is proved in ancient times, but in practice not always it is possible to adhere to certain canons, in this connection regular population monitoring of nutrition of the population and its timely correction is necessary. Such monitoring was carried out by us in 2013 in Samara oblast by means of the program “Analysis of Nutrition State of People”. 500 people took part in research, from them 168 men and 332 women aged from 18 till 76 years. The assessment of consumption of products is conducted, considering age, sex, anthopometrical data, level of the main exchange and physical activity. The main violations of structure of a food are highly high-calorie food in comparison with the power expenditure, the increased consumption of fat products on all fatty components, surplus mono - bioses and the added sugar, a low consumption level of food fibers and carbohydrates at the expense of polysaccharides, excessive amount of sodium, especially the men, insufficient receipt have gland, especially women, and a decrease in a diet of B1 and B2 vitamins. Risks of development the alimentary and dependent diseases are defined: the high risk is established for diabetes of the II type (50,9%) and cardiovascular pathology (42,4%). More than in a third cases from high and average shares of probability obesity development (42,0%) and hypovitaminosis B is predicted (54,4%). Recommendations about correction of the nutritive status of the surveyed population in Samara oblast are made.
