In modern industry, the use of food additives is increasingly being used. Currently, there are many conflicting opinions about their harm and benefit. Adherents of a healthy diet believe that such supplements can not be harmless, however, manufacturers note that without their use, products lose their properties and qualities. Let's try to figure out which food additives are not harmful, and which should be avoided in the composition of products.
